Content of the claim

Our company has fulfilled its obligations under the contract No. 01 "Agreement on sale and purchase of goods" with company "B" dated 20__ year __ month __ day and supplied products in amount of 20'000'000 /twenty million/ MNT. "B" LLC did not pay the payment within the period specified in the contract, i.e., 20__ year __ month __ day, and the notice of demand for payment has been sent repeatedly in writing, but the payment has not been made. Thus “B” LLC is causing damage to our company due to non-performance of contractual obligations.

Therefore, please reimburse from “B” LLC the amount of the contractual obligation in amount of 20,000,000 MNT /twenty million/, penalty in amount of 3,500,000 MNT /three million five hundred/ calculated as 0.5% daily interest rate of total 35 days from 20__ year __ month __ day, starting the date of the overdue period, to 20__ year __ month __ day, the day of submitting the claim to the arbitration, in total 23,500,000 MNT /twenty-three million and five hundred/.
